A meeting in a pressure cooker
In Express Lab, two groups of dancers and musicians take on the challenge of creating a performance in just 3 days. This intensive collaboration results in an explosion of creativity and innovation, with two shows in which the young artists share their discoveries with you.
After a open jam session, the final work was presented to the audience in May at De Toneelgarage and Batavierhuis.

4 DANCERS 4 SPACES 4 CHOREOGRAPHERS
4x4x4 was the first event ever created by Lazy Susan & Co. Followed by a second version later that year. An evening where experimentation, playfulness and impulsiveness take center stage. On a journey through the old school building you dive into various universes created by members of the dance collective. The ‘’444’’ evening concludes a month-long creative experiment where 4 members of the company take on the role of choreographer, each creating a solo on another dancer around a randomly assigned theme.

is a contemporary dance event, composed of excerpts from Lazy Susan & Co.’s different performances. During this evening we present some of our recent productions packed in an hour evening. It served as an opportunity to welcome and meet our audience in the new location we have recently moved in, situated in the beautiful area of Delfshaven – Toneelgarage Rotterdam.
